Do you spend to much money online? Delete your saved credit cards and keep your wallet or purse far out of reach.
Do you spend to much time surging social media? Delete your apps and only log on through an Incognito window for 10 minutes, then close the window.
Friction is a powerful force to helping us shape the way we live our lives. If it's used to intentionally design habits, it becomes a leverage point to become the person you want to be.
